Can Fuel Additives Be Added After Refueling?

Fuel additives can be added after refueling, but the mixture may not be uniform enough in this case. It is recommended to add the fuel additive before refueling at the gas station. Follow the recommended ratio by adding the fuel additive to the car's fuel tank first, then refuel. This way, the added fuel additive will quickly dissolve thoroughly under the impact and vortex stirring of the fuel, ensuring a more uniform mixture. Gasoline-type fuel additives should be added to the gasoline tank, while diesel-type fuel additives should be added to the diesel tank. The two should not be confused. For the first use, fuel additives can be added continuously three to five times, each time following the proportion specified in the instruction manual. After driving 3,000 to 5,000 kilometers, repeat the process by adding the additive continuously three to five times again. This cycle is considered appropriate.
