ETC cannot be installed by oneself, as the ETC device requires the input of vehicle information, model, etc., and must be installed and activated by staff before it can function properly. The installation process for ETC devices is as follows: Upon receiving the device, first check if the ETC card and electronic tag (OBU) are damaged. Press the anti-tamper button on the back of the OBU; a red light will briefly illuminate, and the OLED screen will display "Tag Invalid" or "Please Insert Card," indicating the device is functioning normally. Clean the front windshield, ensuring the surface is smooth, clean, and dry. Then, peel off the adhesive backing of the OBU and stick it to the installation position, pressing firmly for 2-3 minutes to remove any air bubbles. Insert the ETC card with the front facing the driver and the back facing the windshield, ensuring the chip is inserted into the OBU device. ETC installation positions: For small vehicles like cars and vans, the ETC card and OBU device should be installed on the upper middle part of the front windshield. For large vehicles like trucks and buses, the installation position is on the lower middle part. ETC installation requirements: the height should not be less than 1.2 meters or more than 2.5 meters; the installation angle N should be between 30º and 90º (the angle between the surface of the electronic tag and the horizontal plane).

Why is the tire pressure of one tire always low?

When you notice that one tire always has low pressure or the left front tire pressure is lower than the other three, it may be due to slow air leakage in the underinflated tire, which naturally results in lower pressure over time. Alternatively, the tire might have been punctured by a nail, causing air leakage. When tire pressure is low, it should be inspected, repaired, or replaced promptly to avoid safety hazards. Solutions for insufficient tire pressure are as follows: If no visible damage is found, simply inflate the tire to normal pressure and reset the tire pressure system; If inspection reveals a puncture, drive to a tire shop promptly for a repair, then reinflate the tire; If the tire pressure warning reappears after inflation despite no puncture, it may be due to air leakage caused by a deformed wheel rim. It is recommended to inspect and replace the wheel rim.

What is Bearing Burnout?

Bearing burnout refers to the damage of soft bearing pads caused by insufficient lubrication or excessive load, resulting in the crankshaft seizing or partially seizing. Symptoms of engine bearing burnout include: severe lack of lubrication oil during engine operation; degraded engine oil that fails to provide lubrication; low or no oil pressure while the engine is still running; presence of bearing alloy fragments in the engine oil within the crankshaft; abnormal noises during engine operation. Prolonged high-speed and high-load conditions can worsen bearing lubrication, leading to burnout. To diagnose engine bearing burnout: 1. Lack of or no engine oil: If the crankshaft suddenly seizes during engine operation, this directly indicates bearing burnout. 2. Abnormal noise: With engine oil present, prolonged operation may cause bearing wear, and the engine will produce a loud knocking sound that varies with engine speed, becoming louder with increased throttle.

Meaning of the customs declaration: The customs declaration is the 'export cargo shipping order,' also known as the 'dock receipt,' commonly referred to as 'loading paper,' 'shipping paper,' or 'shipping order.' The customs declaration is a document issued by customs, the fourth copy of which is used for export tax rebates.
