Driver's license C1 cannot directly apply for A1 or A2 models, but can directly apply for upgrading to A3, B1 or B2. To upgrade to A2, the applicant must have held a B1 or B2 license for more than three years with no full-point records in the previous two cycles, or have held an A1 license for more than one year with no full-point records in the previous cycle. According to the new regulations, the A2 (tractor) driver's license cannot be obtained directly, but only through upgrading. C1 driver's license: The C1 driver's license allows driving small and micro passenger cars, light and micro trucks; light, small and micro special operation vehicles. C1 driver's license cannot drive: Large buses, tractors, city buses, medium buses, large trucks, ordinary three-wheeled motorcycles, ordinary two-wheeled motorcycles, light motorcycles, wheeled self-propelled machinery, trolleybuses, trams, etc.
