Enterprise Declaration Requirements: Enterprises declaring for the environmental protection catalog must continue to follow the requirements stipulated in "Notice on the Declaration Requirements for Heavy-Duty Diesel and Gas Vehicles (Engines) for the Beijing Environmental Protection Catalog" and "Notice on Relevant Regulations for Heavy-Duty Vehicle Emission Control". At the same time, enterprises must strengthen production management to ensure that sold vehicles stably meet the standards. 3. Heavy-Duty Diesel Vehicle Requirements: New heavy-duty diesel vehicles (such as buses, sanitation vehicles, tourist vehicles, postal vehicles, dump trucks, shuttle buses, school buses, airport buses, etc.) used within the administrative area of Beijing should be equipped with wall-flow particulate filters (DPF). 4. Vehicle Registration Requirements: Vehicle models that do not comply with Phase V regulations will not be processed for vehicle registration. Heavy-duty diesel vehicles meeting Phase IV emission standards purchased before August 1, 2015 (based on the date of the purchase invoice) or transferred from other provinces to Beijing before that date (based on the transfer registration date in the vehicle registration certificate) can continue to be processed for vehicle registration.
