A3 license can be upgraded to an A2 license. The driver must present their ID card and the original and duplicate copies of their driver's license. The following conditions must be met to apply for the upgrade: 1. Conditions for upgrading to A1: (1) Be at least 26 years old; (2) A2 to A1: The driver must have held an A2 license for at least 2 years, and must not have received full penalty points in the current year; (3) B1 or B2 to A1: The driver must have held a B1 or B2 license for at least 5 years, and must not have received full penalty points in the current year. 2. Conditions for upgrading to A2: (1) Be at least 24 years old; (2) B1 or B2 to A2: The driver must have held a B1 or B2 license for at least 3 years, and must not have received full penalty points in the current year. 3. Conditions for upgrading to B1: (1) Be at least 21 years old; (2) C1 to B1: The driver must have held a C1 license for at least 3 years, and must not have received full penalty points in the current year.
