Used cars within the warranty period can still enjoy warranty coverage. As long as your vehicle was purchased through official channels, has been regularly maintained at designated service locations, and experiences non-human-induced malfunctions, the 4S store is obligated to provide warranty service. Normally, vehicles come with nationwide warranty coverage. According to the Three Guarantees Law, during the validity period of the Three Guarantees for household automotive products, if the conditions for replacement or return as stipulated in the regulations are met, consumers can request replacement or return from the seller with the Three Guarantees certificate and purchase invoice. Within 60 days from the date the seller issues the purchase invoice or within 3,000 kilometers of driving distance (whichever comes first), if the household automotive product experiences steering system failure, braking system failure, body cracking, or fuel leakage, and the consumer chooses to replace or return the product, the seller shall be responsible for providing a free replacement or refund. During the validity period of the Three Guarantees for household automotive products, if any of the following situations occurs and the consumer chooses to replace or return the product, the seller shall be responsible for the replacement or return.
