Can a sedan pass the annual inspection after changing the rims?

If the modification of the rims has not been approved by the traffic management department in advance, the vehicle cannot pass the annual inspection normally. The following are the time regulations for vehicle annual inspections: 1. Passenger vehicles for commercial use: annual inspection once a year within 5 years, and twice a year after 5 years. 2. Trucks and large and medium-sized non-commercial passenger vehicles: annual inspection once a year within 10 years, and twice a year after 10 years. 3. Small and micro non-commercial passenger vehicles: biennial inspection within 6 years, annual inspection once a year from 6 to 15 years, and twice a year within 15 to 20 years. 4. Motorcycles: biennial inspection within 4 years, and annual inspection once a year after 4 years. 5. Other motor vehicles: annual inspection once a year throughout the entire usage period.
