Motorcycle driver's license can be reinstated after revocation. Article 24: Individuals applying for a motor vehicle driver's license who meet the prescribed driving permit conditions and fall under any of the following circumstances may directly apply for the corresponding motor vehicle driver's license test: 1. The original motor vehicle driver's license was revoked due to failure to renew after expiration; 2. The original motor vehicle driver's license was revoked due to failure to submit a physical condition certificate; 3. The original motor vehicle driver's license was voluntarily revoked by the applicant; 4. The original motor vehicle driver's license was revoked due to temporarily failing to meet physical condition requirements. Article 77 of the "Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driver's Licenses" states that the vehicle management office shall revoke the motor vehicle driver's license under any of the following circumstances: 1. The license holder is deceased; 2. The license holder applies for revocation; 3. The license holder loses civil capacity and the guardian applies for revocation; 4. The license holder's physical condition is unsuitable for driving a motor vehicle.
