Motorcycles can be returned without reason within 7 days. During the warranty period, consumers can request a return under the "Regulations on the Liability for Repair, Replacement, and Return of Household Audiovisual Products" under the following circumstances: Within 7 days from the date of purchase: If the vehicle exhibits performance failures listed in the "Motorcycle Performance Failure Table," the purchaser may choose to return, exchange, or repair the motorcycle. If the purchaser requests a return, the seller shall be responsible for providing a free return and refunding the full purchase price as stated on the invoice. From the 8th to the 15th day after purchase: If the vehicle exhibits performance failures listed in the "Motorcycle Performance Failure Table," and the purchaser opts for an exchange but the seller cannot provide a replacement of the same model, the purchaser may request a return. In such cases, the seller shall be responsible for providing a free return and refunding the full purchase price as stated on the invoice. Delays in repair: If the manufacturer fails to supply spare parts as per the contract or agreement, resulting in a repair delay exceeding 90 days from the date of submission for repair, the seller shall be responsible for replacing the motorcycle for the purchaser, based on repair records and proof provided by the repairer. If the seller cannot provide a replacement of the same model, the purchaser may request a return. In such cases, the seller shall be responsible for providing a free return and refunding the full purchase price as stated on the invoice.
