Can a New Car Be Licensed After Window Tinting?

Whether a new car can be licensed after window tinting mainly depends on whether the installed sun film meets the specified standards. The regulations state: The driver's compartment must ensure the driver's forward and side vision. The visible light transmittance of the front windshield and the glass areas outside the windshield used for the driver's viewing area must not be less than 70%. Mirror-reflective sun films are not allowed on any window glass. Some cars are not approved for licensing after tinting because the installed film does not meet technical standards, such as insufficient light transmittance, excessively dark or black color, or reflective properties.
