Can a motorcycle still undergo annual inspection after the deadline?

Motorcycles with driving licenses expired for half a year within the service life can still undergo annual inspection. The following is relevant information about annual inspection: Conditions: Vehicles whose condition does not match the driving license or file records, whose license plates or driving licenses are damaged, incomplete, illegible, or self-made. Notes: The exterior of the vehicle must not be modified. The color of glass sun film or explosion-proof film should not be too dark (interior items should be visible from one meter away; mainly applies to vans and trucks, but not to small cars with five seats or fewer). Vans and trucks must have enlarged rear license plates. The number of spring leaf plates cannot be increased or decreased. The number of seats in a van cannot be more or less than specified. A fire extinguisher is required. The compartment of a box truck cannot be modified (no side doors, no roof openings, no tailgate additions). The size of the tires cannot be altered, and the tread patterns of tires on the same axle must be consistent. Vehicles with unresolved traffic violations or those impounded by the court cannot undergo annual inspection.
