Can a motorcycle still be inspected if it hasn't been inspected for a year?

If a motorcycle has not undergone annual inspection for over a year, it can still apply for a supplementary inspection. However, if it exceeds three inspection cycles without inspection, it will be forcibly deregistered. Failed Inspection: For vehicles that fail the annual inspection, repairs must be completed within a specified time limit. If the vehicle still fails inspection after the deadline, the vehicle management office will confiscate its license plate and prohibit it from continuing to operate. Non-participation in Inspection: Vehicles that do not participate in the annual inspection without reason or fail the inspection are not allowed to operate on the road or transfer ownership. Expired Inspection Can Still Be Completed: According to the motor vehicle registration regulations, vehicles that do not undergo safety technical inspections within the prescribed period will be issued a warning by the public traffic management department. Driving a vehicle with an expired inspection is illegal. As long as you complete the supplementary inspection before being caught by traffic police or involved in an accident, there will be no problem.
