Can a Motorcycle Be Licensed After Removing Stickers?
1 Answers
If the removal of decals does not significantly alter the appearance, it generally does not affect licensing and annual inspections. Variations in decals across different batches of vehicles are common. Documents required for motorcycle registration: identity proof of the vehicle owner, purchase invoice or other proof of vehicle origin, vehicle manufacturing qualification certificate or import certificate for imported vehicles, vehicle purchase tax payment or exemption certificate, compulsory traffic accident liability insurance certificate, vehicle and vessel tax payment or exemption certificate, and other proofs or certificates required by laws and regulations for vehicle registration. Cases where registration will not be processed: invalid proofs or certificates submitted by the vehicle owner; altered proof of vehicle origin or discrepancy between the vehicle owner recorded in the proof of origin and the identity proof; mismatch between the proofs or certificates submitted by the vehicle owner and the vehicle; vehicles manufactured without permission from the competent department of the State Council for motor vehicle products or imported without permission from the national import motor vehicle department.
