Lost vehicle licenses cannot be processed online. If a motor vehicle license is lost or destroyed, the vehicle owner must fill out an application form for replacement or renewal of the motor vehicle license. The driver should apply for a replacement at the vehicle management office that issued the original license or another office outside the issuing jurisdiction within 90 days before the expiration of the current license, but cross-region processing is not supported. The vehicle management office will, within two days of receiving the application, verify the vehicle identification number (VIN), review submitted documents and proofs, and issue a new vehicle registration certificate, license plate, vehicle license, and inspection sticker. After the one-year probationary period for the driver's license, there is no need to visit the issuing vehicle management office for renewal, as the system will automatically convert the probationary license to a regular one. However, any traffic violations must be addressed and resolved.

What causes the abnormal noise after braking?

The reasons for abnormal noise after braking are: 1. Metal hard spots on brake pads: Small metal particles on the brake pads can produce a sharp noise when braking. Try slamming the brakes a few times or sanding/replacing the brake pads; 2. Severely worn brake discs: After prolonged use, deep grooves may form on the brake discs where the pads make contact, causing noise during braking; 3. Small stones or water film between the brake disc and pad: If driving on gravel roads, in sandy conditions, or right after washing the car, check for and remove any small stones or press the brakes several times to eliminate the water film.
