Online upload process for a driver's license physical examination conducted in another location: First, select the "Submit Driver's License Photo" option under the driver's license services section. Upload a compliant driver's license photo for the production of the new license. Detailed photo requirements can be found in the system prompts. After uploading the photo, staff will complete the review within the specified time frame. Then, select "Renew Expired Driver's License" to initiate the renewal application. Applicants must read the service instructions and declaration content, confirm personal information, fill in the mailing address, and enter the verification code to complete all steps. After processing the application, the newly issued driver's license will be mailed to the specified address within 3 working days.
