When a driver's license is about to expire, you can either apply for a replacement at the vehicle management office or process it online. Within 90 days before the expiration date and up to 11 months after expiration, you can apply for a replacement through the Traffic Management 12123 app. Here are the relevant details: Replacement process: Open the Traffic Management 12123 app, enter your account and password to log in. For first-time users, click "Register Now" at the bottom, complete the required information as instructed, then return to log in. After entering the homepage, click "More," find the "Expired Driver's License Replacement" function under the driver's license services section. Read the "Service Instructions," then click "Read and Agree." Next, read the "Declaration of Obligations and Content," check "I have carefully read," and click "Next" to confirm the basic information of the driver's license, including the holder's name, license number, etc. If everything is correct, click "Next." Choose the pickup method, either by mail or self-pickup at a service point, then click "Next." On the submission page, select the payment method, either online payment or cash on delivery, click "Get Verification Code," enter the verification code, then click "Submit."
