Driver's licenses can be inspected in a different location. The motor vehicle driver should apply for a replacement at the vehicle management office where the driver's license was issued or at a vehicle management office outside the issuing location within 90 days before the expiration of the motor vehicle driver's license. The following materials are required for the inspection of a driver's license in a different location: 1. The identity certificate of the motor vehicle driver; 2. The motor vehicle driver's license; 3. A certificate of physical condition issued by a medical institution at or above the county level or a military regiment-level or higher. For applications for small automatic passenger vehicles for the disabled, a certificate of physical condition issued by a specialized medical institution designated by the provincial health authority should be submitted.
