China V vehicles cannot be transferred to Jiangsu. Vehicle transfer standards to Jiangsu: When transferring an out-of-province motor vehicle to Jiangsu, it must meet the following conditions simultaneously: the vehicle must have been registered for less than 5 years; it must meet the specified emission standards; and its usage nature must be non-operational. Currently, the emission standard for transferred vehicles is China VIa. China VI emission standards: The China VI emission standard, also known as the National Sixth Stage Emission Standard for Motor Vehicles, is an upgrade from the China V standard. It requires that carbon monoxide emissions and total hydrocarbon emissions be reduced by more than 50% compared to the previous standard.
