Whether a car with exterior modifications can be transferred depends on the extent of the modifications. Can be transferred: For modified vehicles that have gone through formal procedures, such as changing the color at the local vehicle management office or re-engraving the engine number, as long as these changes are recorded in the motor vehicle registration certificate, the transfer can proceed normally. Cannot be transferred: For vehicles modified without authorization, whether it involves adding accessories, tire modifications, or other changes, if the modifications significantly deviate from the factory specifications, the vehicle must be restored to its original condition before the transfer.
