Can a car pass the annual inspection after installing rain guards?

Installing rain guards on a car allows it to pass the annual inspection. Rain guards can prevent rainwater from entering the car when the window is slightly lowered during rainy weather, enabling ventilation even in the rain while balancing the temperature difference inside and outside the car and preventing window fogging. However, rain guards can increase the visual blind spot of the car's A-pillar and add wind noise and resistance at high speeds, which is why they are not widely used today. Since car rain guards are attached to the windows with double-sided tape, they can be removed by heating the tape with a hairdryer until it softens and then peeling it off. Any remaining adhesive residue can be cleaned off with tar remover.
