Can a car be wrapped with film to change its color?

It is possible to change a car's color by wrapping it with film, but if the wrap covers more than 30% of the vehicle, relevant procedures must be completed at the vehicle management office. As long as the change is registered with the vehicle management office and the vehicle registration certificate is updated, it is legal to drive. Points to note: 1. The body color must not be the same as or similar to that of special vehicles, which include police cars, fire trucks, road administration law enforcement vehicles, ambulances, etc.; 2. The overall color of the full-body wrap must not exceed three colors; 3. Chrome-plated color-changing films and all reflective fabric color-changing films cannot be registered on the vehicle registration certificate; 4. Wrapped vehicles are not allowed to install additional parts beyond the original factory specifications; 5. Register the change with the vehicle management office and update the vehicle registration certificate.
