Can a car be found without GPS?

If a car does not have GPS, it is impossible to check or view the driving trajectory of the vehicle. Even traffic police departments cannot accurately locate the vehicle, but they can track the general movement of the vehicle through the "Sky Net" system and traffic monitoring systems. The following situations indicate that the driving recorder installed by the vehicle owner or driver does not comply with national standards: 1. The installed driving recorder lacks an RS232 serial data interface, or the interface is damaged or non-standard, making it impossible to connect with detection equipment to collect data. 2. The installed driving recorder has an RS232 serial data interface, but after connecting with detection equipment, no data is displayed.
