Can a C4D License Drive a Sedan?

A C4D license cannot drive a sedan. A C4D driving permit allows the operation of three-wheeled vehicles, ordinary three-wheeled motorcycles, ordinary two-wheeled motorcycles, and light motorcycles. Driving licenses are divided into 16 categories, including A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, D, E, F, M, N, and P licenses. Permitted vehicles and other permitted models for C4D: C4 (three-wheeled vehicles) permits the operation of three-wheeled vehicles. D (ordinary three-wheeled motorcycles) permits the operation of three-wheeled motorcycles with an engine displacement greater than 50ml or a maximum design speed greater than 50km/h. Other permitted models include E and F. E (ordinary two-wheeled motorcycles) permits the operation of two-wheeled motorcycles with an engine displacement greater than 50ml or a maximum design speed greater than 50km/h. F (light motorcycles) permits the operation of motorcycles with an engine displacement less than or equal to 50ml and a maximum design speed less than or equal to 50km/h. Circumstances under which an application for a motor vehicle driving license is not permitted: Organic heart disease, epilepsy, Ménière's disease, vertigo, hysteria, Parkinson's disease, mental illness, dementia, and neurological diseases affecting limb movement that hinder safe driving; drug use or injection within the past three years, or release from compulsory isolation for drug rehabilitation less than three years ago, or long-term dependence on psychotropic drugs without cessation; fleeing the scene after causing a traffic accident constituting a crime; causing a major traffic accident while driving under the influence of alcohol or drunk, constituting a crime; revocation of a motor vehicle driving license for drunk driving or driving a commercial vehicle under the influence of alcohol less than five years ago; revocation of a motor vehicle driving license for drunk driving a commercial vehicle less than ten years ago; revocation of a motor vehicle driving license for other reasons less than two years ago; revocation of driving privileges less than three years ago; other circumstances stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
