C2 driver's license cannot drive manual transmission cars. Driving a manual transmission car with a C2 license is considered as driving a vehicle not covered by the license, which will result in a 12-point deduction from the driver's license. A C2 license only permits driving automatic transmission cars. The following are the differences between C1 and C2 driver's licenses: 1. C1 is a manual transmission small car license, while C2 is an automatic transmission small car license. C1 can drive all vehicles that C2 can, but C2 cannot drive all vehicles that C1 can; 2. C1 is the code for small cars, covering small and micro passenger cars, as well as light and micro trucks, and light and micro special operation vehicles; 3. C1 license can drive both manual and automatic transmission models, while C2 license can only drive automatic transmission models and cannot drive manual transmission models.
