Can a C1 license holder directly take the A1 driving test?

A C1 driver's license holder cannot directly take the A1 or A2 driving test. They can directly apply for an upgrade to A3, B1, or B2. To upgrade to A2, the driver must have held a B1 (medium-sized passenger vehicle) or B2 (large truck) license for more than five years, or have held a tractor license for more than two years, and must not have accumulated 12 penalty points in any of the last five consecutive scoring cycles before applying. C1 Driver's License: The C1 driver's license allows driving small and mini passenger vehicles, as well as light and mini cargo vehicles; light, small, and mini special-purpose vehicles. C1 Driver's License Restrictions: The C1 license does not permit driving large passenger vehicles, tractors, city buses, medium-sized passenger vehicles, large trucks, ordinary three-wheelers, ordinary two-wheelers, light motorcycles, wheeled self-propelled machinery, trolleybuses, or trams.
