Can a C1 license drive yellow-plated vehicles?

Yellow-plated vehicles cannot be driven with a C1 license. A C1 license only permits driving blue-plated vehicles; otherwise, it will be considered as driving a vehicle not matching the permitted vehicle type, which is a traffic violation punishable by a 12-point deduction. Holders of a C1 license can drive manual or automatic transmission minivans and commercial vehicles with fewer than 9 seats; small passenger vehicles with fewer than 9 seats; and light small trucks with a total mass of less than 4,500 kg, a vehicle length under 6 meters, and an approved load capacity below 1,500 kg. Vehicles that cannot be driven with a C1 license include: large buses, tractors, city buses, medium-sized buses, large trucks, ordinary three-wheeled motorcycles, ordinary two-wheeled motorcycles, light motorcycles, wheeled self-propelled machinery, trolleybuses, and trams.
