Can a C1 license drive a Coaster?

A 9-seater Coaster can be driven with a C1 driver's license. Vehicles with a total mass below 4,500 kg (excluding), seating capacity of 9 or fewer people, and a body length under 6 meters (excluding) are eligible for blue license plates. Permitted vehicle types for C1 license: The C1 driver's license allows driving small and mini passenger vehicles, light and mini cargo trucks, and light, small, or mini special-purpose vehicles; small passenger vehicles with a seating capacity of 9 or fewer people. C1 license holders cannot drive: large buses, tractor units, city buses, medium-sized buses, large trucks, ordinary three-wheeled motorcycles, ordinary two-wheeled motorcycles, mopeds, wheeled self-propelled machinery, trolleybuses, and trams. Additionally, C1 license holders cannot drive vehicles with more than 9 seats or trucks exceeding 6 meters in total length.
