A C1 driver's license can drive a 9-seater car. Generally, MPVs with no more than 9 seats, whose length and weight fall within the category of small cars, can be driven with a C1 license, including 8-seater cars. Permitted vehicle types for a C1 license: The C1 license allows driving small and micro passenger vehicles, light and micro cargo vehicles, as well as light, small, and micro special-purpose vehicles.
