C1 cannot be directly upgraded to an A1 license. You need to first upgrade to a Class B license before you can upgrade to a Class A license. If you already hold a motor vehicle driver's license and apply to add additional permitted driving models, you must have no full-score record in this scoring cycle and the most recent scoring cycle before applying. If you are applying to add medium-sized buses, tractors, or large buses to your permitted driving models, you must have held a C1 license for more than six years and have no full-score record in the two most recent consecutive scoring cycles before applying. The C1 driver's license is a type of driver's license code, permitting the driving of small and micro passenger vehicles, light and micro cargo vehicles, and light, small, and micro special operation vehicles, among others.

What Causes Intermittent Wiper Operation?

You can identify the cause by checking the following aspects: 1. Inspect the wiper motor: After opening the car hood, you can see the wiper motor. Touch the motor with your hand; if it feels scalding hot, it indicates an internal short circuit in the motor. Replacing the motor will solve the problem. 2. Check the wiper fuse: To protect the car's wiring, each electrical device is equipped with a fuse. Check if the wiper fuse is blown and replace it with a spare fuse from the car. 3. Examine the wiper switch: Although the wiper switch is not used frequently, car electronics can be inherently unstable. If no issues are found in the above checks, consider that the wiper switch might be faulty. You can use a multimeter to test the switch or simply replace it with a new one for testing. 4. Inspect the wiper wiring: Checking the wiring is a more complex and time-consuming task. You need to be proficient in using an automotive multimeter to measure voltage, resistance, and current, and combine this knowledge with practical application to locate the wiring fault causing the wipers to malfunction.

Is it necessary to use turn signals for autonomous lane changes?

Autonomous lane changes require the use of turn signals. Introduction: Turn signals are important indicator lights that are activated when a motor vehicle changes direction to alert surrounding vehicles and pedestrians. The turn signal bulbs use xenon tubes, controlled by a microcontroller circuit, which flash alternately left and right without interruption. Turn signals utilize flashers to achieve the blinking effect. They can mainly be categorized into three types: resistance wire type, capacitor type, and electronic type. Structural Principle: The resistance wire type can be further divided into thermal wire type (electrothermal) and wing type (spring-loaded), while the electronic type can be subdivided into hybrid type (relay with contacts and electronic components) and fully electronic type (no relay). For example, the spring-loaded flasher operates on the principle of thermal expansion and contraction, using the heat generated by electric current to cause sudden movements in the spring strip, thereby connecting and disconnecting the contacts to achieve the blinking effect.

What are the techniques to prevent steering wheel deviation during gear shifting?

Techniques to prevent steering wheel deviation during gear shifting are as follows: 1. Develop a habit of shifting gears gently: Practice regularly and avoid excessive force when holding the steering wheel. Maintain a light and smooth grip, and find the right feel when controlling the direction. During gear shifting, keep your left hand steady on the wheel without moving, while your right hand shifts gears gently. This effectively prevents the right hand's excessive force from affecting the left hand's stability. 2. Memorize the gear positions: Familiarize yourself thoroughly with the gear positions, engraving them in your mind to ensure accurate shifting. Always look ahead when shifting gears and avoid looking down at the gear lever. 3. Master the timing of gear shifting in manual transmission vehicles: Accurately grasping the timing of gear shifting ensures smooth and effortless shifting, allowing you to complete the action gently and precisely.

Should the AC be turned off after the car is turned off?

After the car is turned off, the AC should be turned off. If the AC is not turned off before the car is turned off, the car's air conditioning will automatically turn on the next time the car is started, which can cause damage to the battery. Below is an introduction to the functions and usage methods of the AC switch. Functions of the AC switch: The AC in a car is the compressor switch for the car's air conditioning, also known as the cooling switch. The function of the AC is to cool, heat, ventilate, and purify the air inside the car, providing a comfortable environment for passengers, reducing driver fatigue, and improving driving safety. Usage methods of the AC switch: In the hot summer, when the AC button is turned on, the temperature control should be adjusted to the blue position. For automatic air conditioning, a temperature can be set, and then the AUTO button can be pressed, allowing the automatic air conditioning to adjust the interior temperature automatically. In winter when using the heater, the driver does not need to turn on the AC switch.

What is Auto Flood Insurance?

Auto flood insurance, officially known as Vehicle Water Driving Loss Insurance, is a specific coverage that compensates for engine damage caused by water submersion. Only vehicle owners who have purchased flood insurance can receive corresponding claims from the insurance company when encountering engine water ingress and resulting malfunctions due to wading through water. Below are the coverage scope of flood insurance and situations where claims are not covered. Coverage scope of flood insurance: When the insured vehicle is submerged up to the exhaust pipe or intake pipe due to heavy rain or floods, and the driver continues to start the vehicle or uses inertia to start the vehicle. Starting the vehicle without necessary treatment after experiencing heavy rain or floods. Situations where flood insurance does not cover: Engine damage caused by a second start is not covered. Damage or repairs to the insured vehicle due to accidents outside the coverage scope of the auto damage insurance are not covered. Repairs conducted at non-insurer-approved repair shops resulting in re-repairs due to substandard repair quality are not covered. Losses caused by garage flooding fall under auto damage insurance, not flood insurance.
