C1 driver's license can drive C4 vehicles. Additionally, it allows driving vehicle types permitted by C2, C3, C4, and C5 licenses. The vehicle type permitted by a C4 driver's license is a three-wheeled vehicle, which was referred to as a three-wheeled agricultural transport vehicle under previous regulations. Three-wheeled vehicles are typically powered by small diesel engines under 50ml, featuring a front cabin and a rear flatbed cargo box. Vehicle types that a C1 driver's license cannot drive: large buses, tractors, city buses, medium-sized buses, large trucks, ordinary three-wheeled motorcycles, ordinary two-wheeled motorcycles, mopeds, wheeled self-propelled machinery, trolleybuses, and trams. Moreover, a C1 license cannot drive vehicles with more than 9 seats or trucks exceeding 6 meters in total length.
