At what tire pressure does a Mercedes-Benz trigger an alert?

Mercedes-Benz vehicles typically trigger a tire pressure alert when the pressure falls below 1.8 bar or exceeds 3.0 bar. At this point, tire inspection and pressure adjustment are necessary. According to the international GBT2978-2008 standard, the recommended tire pressure for standard Mercedes-Benz tires is 2.4-2.5 bar. During winter, it's advisable to increase the tire pressure by approximately 0.2 bar above the standard pressure. In summer, the tire pressure can generally be about 0.1 bar lower than the standard to prevent tire blowouts due to high temperatures. Tire pressure reset method: First, turn on the ignition, then press and hold the tire pressure monitoring reset button until you hear a "beep" sound before releasing. The tire pressure monitoring system will then store the current normal tire pressure data, automatically clear the previous data, and finally, the warning light on the dashboard will turn off, indicating the tire pressure reset is complete.
