The "Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving Licenses" clearly stipulate that the questions for the drunk driving Subject 1 test are the same as those for the regular Subject 1 test. The content of the Subject 1 driving test includes: laws, regulations, and rules on road traffic safety; traffic signals and their meanings; knowledge of safe driving and civilized driving; safe driving knowledge for highways, mountainous roads, bridges, tunnels, nighttime, adverse weather, and complex road conditions; emergency handling knowledge for situations such as tire blowouts, steering loss, and brake failure; basic knowledge of the overall structure of motor vehicles, main safety devices, and routine inspection and maintenance; basic knowledge of self-rescue and first aid after traffic accidents, as well as common hazardous materials. According to the "Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving Licenses," the Subject 1 driving test consists of 100 questions, divided into single-choice questions and true/false questions, with each question worth 1 point and a total score of 100 points. If 11 questions are answered incorrectly during the test, the system will automatically submit the test and end the exam. Subject 1, also known as the Subject 1 theory test or driver theory test, is part of the motor vehicle driving license assessment. The test content includes the theoretical basis of driving, road safety laws and regulations, local regulations, and other related knowledge. The test is conducted on a computer, with a time limit of 45 minutes. Notes for the Subject 1 test: During the test, candidates should pay attention to their attire—no sandals are allowed, and electronic devices and bags are prohibited in the examination room. Bring your ID card and queue to enter the waiting hall. Observe the precautions and procedures on the large screen, and store personal belongings in a locker before entering the examination room. Upon entering, verify your identity at the assigned seat and begin the test. Ensure the camera is aligned with you and adhere to exam discipline. If you fail the first attempt, a retake is available on the same day. If you fail again, you must pay to reschedule. After the test, queue to collect your score report and sign it. Failure to sign will render the result invalid. There is no limit to the number of times you can reschedule the Subject 1 test. Each subject can be taken once, with one retake allowed if you fail. If you do not take the retake or fail it again, the current test session ends, and you must reschedule. For Subject 2 and Subject 3, there are only five attempts. Subject 2 and Subject 3 tests can be rescheduled after ten days. If you fail the Subject 3 safe and civilized driving knowledge test, the passed road driving skills test results remain valid. The driving test consists of three subjects: Subject 1, Subject 2, and Subject 3. Subject 1 refers to the test on road traffic safety laws, regulations, and related knowledge. Subject 2 refers to the field driving skills test. Subject 3 is divided into two parts: road driving skills and safe and civilized driving knowledge. The safe and civilized driving knowledge test is conducted after Subject 3, so it is commonly referred to as Subject 4. However, the official term (as per the Ministry of Public Security Order No. 123) does not include "Subject 4."

I passed the regular subject one test before, and then had to retake it due to drunk driving, so I'm quite qualified to speak on this topic. The question banks for both tests are basically the same, covering traffic regulations and driving common sense. However, the drunk driving test clearly includes many more questions about alcohol testing and blood alcohol concentration, plus dozens of legal questions specifically about the dangers of drunk driving. The test interface and question types are exactly the same, but the arrangement of questions is more focused on drunk driving-related content. Other drunk driving students I met at the driving school also reported that although the questions come from the same bank, the emphasis of the questions seen during the test is noticeably different.

As someone who has long followed exam trends at driving schools, I can confidently say these two tests share the same question bank. The officially released question set for Subject 1 is singular - whether it's for first-time test takers or DUI retakers, the same content applies. However, during actual examinations, the system prioritizes DUI-related questions, especially those concerning drunk driving identification standards, license revocation regulations, and blood test procedures, which appear more frequently. Regular tests focus on helping beginners grasp fundamental rules, while DUI retests aim to make students fully comprehend the severe consequences of drunk driving. Although the questions originate from the same source, there's a noticeable difference in the distribution ratio of actual test questions.

What are the causes of exhaust emission system failure?

The causes of exhaust emission system failure are mostly due to damage to the oxygen sensor in the three-way catalytic system or poisoning of the three-way catalytic converter caused by the quality of domestic fuel. If this light comes on while driving, immediately reduce speed and drive to the nearest maintenance service station for inspection. The following are the reasons why the exhaust emission fault light comes on: Quality issues: The engine has relatively high requirements for fuel quality. Poor fuel quality can lead to unclean engine cylinder interiors with deposited carbon deposits, requiring engine carbon deposit cleaning. Temperature drop: During cold starts, especially when the weather temperature drops sharply, the pollution light may come on due to the computer's temperature correction issues during startup. However, once the temperature drops to a certain level and stabilizes without fluctuations, the light will stabilize accordingly.
