Are holiday traffic violations extended?

Holiday traffic violations are not necessarily extended. The recording of violations follows these scenarios: 1. For simplified penalty decisions issued on-site by traffic officers, according to internal case-handling regulations, they must be entered into the system within 24 hours; 2. For violation notices and compulsory measure certificates issued on-site by officers, per internal regulations, they must be entered into the system within 48 hours, with seized items transferred to the county-level or higher traffic management department; 3. For violations captured via non-contact enforcement or electronic monitoring, internal regulations require entry into the system within 7 working days. Delays may occur in all three scenarios as they are internal workflow standards binding only to officers. Violations of case-handling procedures may lead to disciplinary actions against officers but do not affect the determination of the violation facts.
