Job Description As a Security Officer Armed Driving Role Prol in Leesburg, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Position Type: Full Time Pay Re: $25.00/ Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue10:00 AM - 08:00 PMWed10:00 AM - 08:00 PMThur10:00 AM - 08:00 PMFri10:00 AM - 08:00 PM Wh You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public by following site-specific procedures, screening protocols, and other security-reled policies a government locion. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situions in a calm, problem-solving manner, escaling concerns to the approprie personnel when needed. Conduct regular and random prols throughout assigned buildings, entrances, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points, verify credentials, and support entry screening activities while maintaining a professional armed presence in accordance with post orders and local regulions. Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and observions, and communice clearly with supervisors, coworkers, and/or emergency responders regarding security-reled concerns. Minimum Requirements: Possess least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience. A valid driver's license is required in the ste where the job is loced. Possess an armed guard card or license. Be least 21 years of age. Handcuffs, pepper spray, and bon experience is preferred. Be least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigion in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applicions with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participe in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to ste and/or local laws and regulions and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
