We are seeking an experienced Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Manager with a proven background in RegTech (Regulatory Technology) and Identity Verification (IDV) to join our growing team at Programmers Force. In this role, you will oversee risk management, regulatory compliance, and internal governance practices to ensure the highest operational standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage enterprise-wide risk and compliance frameworks. Ensure adherence to AML, KYC, GDPR, and global regulatory standards. Conduct risk assessments and implement remediation plans. Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Security on compliance programs. Monitor changes in global regulations and advise leadership. Requirements 7+ years of experience in compliance, risk, or governance roles. Strong expertise in regulatory frameworks (AML, KYC, ISO, GDPR). Proven ability to implement GRC systems and processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and advisory skills. Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or RegTech preferred.
