Work in a technical and customer-oriented team environment Apply Now Description Leidos is seeking a senior SharePoint System Administror to support a large enterprise IT contract for the DOD. The SharePoint System Administror will support infrastructure services, operions, and maintenance across multiple enclaves of different classificions with remote administrion for server farms loced in centralized da centers. The SharePoint Admin shall deploy, opere, and maintain SharePoint services, including load balancing, PKI authenticion, and claims-based authenticion as well as support site setup, permission management, troubleshooting, and service requests for customers as well as content and knowledge managers. This individual will work in a team environment to ensure mission needs are met and ensure functionality of capabilities of customers. This role requires an individual th is technical, customer oriented, and familiar with using SharePoint. This individual should be detail oriented in order to capture customer inquiries appropriely. Role requires excellent oral and written communicion skills. Primary Responsibilities Interacting with site/collection owners to handle service inquiries and problems. Provide implemention, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems. Rapidly distinguish isoled user problems from enterprise-wide applicion/system problems. Develop solutions for complex problems, upde Knowledge Articles and Standard Opering Procedures (SOPs) to reflect changes to the environment. Oversee SharePoint projects to include minor and major version upgrades, routine maintenance, and expansion of capabilities to meet emerging requirements. Identify methods for direct integrion with Identity Management (IdAM) technologies. Assist users with manual migrions from older SharePoint versions to SharePoint 2019 or SharePoint Online. Manage permissions of new and existing site collections and their associed lists, items etc. Manage access to O365/M365 applicions based on SharePoint technology such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft OneDrive, and SharePoint Online. Conduct searches and purges of da from operional systems as required by cyber security, legal, compliance, FOIA, and other legitime sources. Manage asset library, risk dabase, and business rhythm calendar (Leidos best practice) to enhance situional awareness for stakeholders. Coordine with customers and stakeholders to collect da, conduct analysis, develop, and implement solutions associed with incident tickets and requirements. Provide follow-up reports (technical findings, feedback, resolution steps taken, After Action Report (AAR) etc.) for Root Cause Analysis, engineering technical assessment, and process improvement initiives. Support customer requirements in a 24/7/365 mission environment. Upde operions and maintenance documention for 24/7/365 IT Operions Center personnel to assist with after-hours triage and troubleshooting of common SharePoint problems. Basic Qualificions Extensive experience with SharePoint technologies to include SharePoint 2013, 2016, 2019 and SharePoint Online. Experience with configuring, installing, and securing SharePoint systems. Experience with managing SQL clusters in support of SharePoint farms. Experience with pch maintenance for SQL clusters and SharePoint farms. Experience with PKI authenticion and claims-based authenticion. Experience with utilizing load balancers such as F5 BigIP Load Traffic Manager or Citrix NetScaler. Experience managing M365/O365 cloud offerings such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft OneDrive, SharePoint Online. Extensive experience with pch maintenance for SharePoint farms. Experience with routine maintenance processes and willingness to conduct scheduled maintenance during approved maintenance windows. Experience with Change Management fundamentals to ensure proper planning, execution, and documention of changes to the environment. Experience with Tier 2 & Tier 3 system administrion. Experience troubleshooting issues in a growing environment. Experience with reviews, incident analysis, and identificion of issue trends . Time management skills. Strong oral and written communicions skills. Track record of working effectively within a team, and support to peers toward improved processes and results. Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) ticketing systems such as ServiceNow. Educion: Candide must have a Bachelor’s degree with 12-15 years of prior relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 10-13 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctore in technical domain. Certificions: Candide must, a minimum, meet DoDM 8140.03 (previously DoD 8570) – IT System Admin Intermedie certificion requirements (Cloud+, GICSP, SSCP, Security+ CE, GSEC, or higher) No industry certificions are required for this position, though a relevant certificion in VMware, Windows Server Administrion or similar technology is beneficial. Clearance: Due to the nure of the government contracts, we support, US Citizenship is required. TS/SCI with CI Poly required for Position or TS/SCI and willingness to complete a polygraph. Preferred Qualificions: Familiarity with using Nintex, InfoPh, and/or PowerBI plforms for creing and managing workflows. Experience configuring and managing SPPchify for pch maintenance of large SharePoint farms.
