This position will be loced Langley AFB, Virginia and will be an onsite position. Responsibilities: Designs and develops network and system architectures and defines key capabilities and performance requirements. Defines total systems design and technology murity constraints in accordance with mission requirements. Develops network and system element architecture and design and interface definitions. Defines network and system implemention approach and operional concept. Develops models and architectural guidelines for current and future network and system development. Ensures requirements are met and evalues performance with customer. Interfaces with the user(s) and all other stakeholders in order to determine their needs. Generes the highest level of requirements, based on the user's needs and other constraints such as cost and schedule. Performs cost-benefit analyses to determine whether requirements are best met by manual, software, or hardware functions; making maximum use of commercial off-the-shelf or already developed components. Designs and develops solutions to applicions problems, system administrion issues, or network concerns. Develops partitioning algorithms (and other processes) to alloce all present and foreseeable requirements into discrete partitions such th a minimum of communicions is needed among partitions, and between the user and the system. The ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) will lead the architecture, design, and implemention of enterprise‑scale ServiceNow solutions in support of a USAF program. This role provides hands‑on technical leadership across multiple plform areas—including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, SecOps, HRSD, and App Engine—ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant delivery aligned with federal and DoD requirements. Responsibilities include: ServiceNow Architecture & Plform Leadership Architect scalable, secure, and compliant ServiceNow solutions across multiple domains and modules. Serve as the technical SME for:IT Service Management (ITSM) IT Operions Management (ITOM) IT Asset Management (ITAM) Security Operions (SecOps) Stregic Portfolio Management (SPM) Integred Risk Management (IRM) App Engine & Automion Engine CMDB and CSDM Design and oversee integrions using Integrion Hub, REST APIs, and custom spokes. Lead plform governance, ensuring alignment with best practices and federal security standards. Guide developers and administrors on technical design, configurion, and implemention. Produce and maintain technical design documention, architectural diagrams, and configurion standards. Collaborion & Program Support Work closely with Program Managers, Product Owners, and Stakeholders to support roadmap planning, backlog refinement, and solution delivery. Engage with business stakeholders to gher and transle requirements into architectural blueprints and actionable solutions. Network Architecture & Engineering Provide SME‑level support on network infrastructure and network hardware. Implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices. Cree accure network diagrams and documention for design and planning. Apply strong understanding of network protocols, LAN/WAN technologies, and network security. Qualificions: Required Educion and Experience High School Degree with 12+ yrs experience Clearance Level: Top Secret with SCI Eligibility (TS/SCI) 10+ years of experience including ServiceNow architecture, configurion, workflow development, and plform enhancements. Establishing and executing plform governance. Evaluing operional and stregic demands against plform capabilities and leading practices. Transling technical and business requirements into architectural blueprints. Working directly with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and map requirements to ServiceNow capabilities. Creing architectural blueprints for federal agencies. Leading ServiceNow version upgrades. Deep understanding of overall ServiceNow plform architecture. Network security, LAN/WAN design, and network infrastructure documention. Required Certificions: DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II (e.g., Sec+ CE, SSCP, CND, CCNA Security). Technical ExpertiseApp Engine Studio, Flow Designer, Integrion Hub, Predictive Intelligence. Strong knowledge of CMDB and CSDM. Experience with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines integred with ServiceNow. Preferred Skills and Experience Experience with DoD NIPR, SIPR and JWICS Networks.
