This role supports customers opering in classified environments and requires close collaborion with subject mter experts, designers, engineers, analysts, and mission stakeholders to deliver innovive, operionally relevant da science and AI solutions. The Senior Da Scientist will lead complex analytics efforts across the full solution lifecycle—from problem definition and requirements development through design, implemention, deployment, and ongoing operions and maintenance (O&M). The ideal candide brings deep technical expertise, strong mission awareness, and the ability to communice analytic insights to senior decision-makers. Primary Responsibilities Serve as a senior technical contributor and analytic lead on complex, high-impact nional security programs Partner with government customers and subject mter experts to define mission problems and analytic objectives Transle ambiguous operional challenges into actionable da science requirements and solution designs Design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics, stistical models, and machine learning solutions Apply advanced da science techniques including explorory da analysis, feure engineering, predictive modeling, hypothesis testing, and algorithm development Integre structured and unstructured da from diverse sources across classified environments Communice analytic findings, insights, and recommendions to senior technical and non-technical stakeholders Support deployment, monitoring, and ongoing operions and maintenance (O&M) of analytic solutions Mentor and guide junior da scientists and contribute to analytic standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks Maintain awareness of emerging da science, AI, and big-da technologies relevant to nional security missions Basic Qualificions Master’s degree in Da Science, Computer Science, Stistics, Mhemics, Engineering, or a reled quantitive field with 15+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 18+ years of relevant experience Extensive experience applying da science and advanced analytics to complex, mission-focused problems Expert-level proficiency in Python and/or R, including advanced da science and machine learning libraries Strong experience working with large, complex dasets from multiple sources Demonstred ability to lead technical efforts and influence analytic direction on large or complex programs Strong written and verbal communicion skills, including briefing senior leaders Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph Preferred Qualificions Experience supporting intelligence community, Department of Defense, or other nional security customers Experience opering in classified computing environments Expertise in one or more advanced domains such as machine learning, nural language processing, computer vision, graph analytics, or predictive modeling Experience with cloud-based or enterprise analytics plforms Demonstred experience mentoring technical staff or serving as a technical lead Demonstred experience providing instruction, instructional design, or curriculum development Clearance Requirement Active TS/SCI with Polygraph If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
