Apply Now Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced and highly motived Facilities Operions Manager to lead the daily operions, maintenance, and performance of our facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring all building systems opere efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with company standards and regulory requirements. The ideal candide will provide leadership to 24/7 operions and maintenance teams, oversee critical infrastructure, coordine repairs and preventive maintenance programs, and drive continuous improvement initiives th support organizional objectives. Primary Responsibilities: Lead and supervise 24/7 facilities operions and maintenance teams, including scheduling, performance management, and issue resolution. Oversee maintenance and repair activities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, security, and other critical building systems. Monitor critical infrastructure systems and respond promptly to equipment issues or emergencies. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset life cycles. Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, environmental, and regulory requirements. Manage departmental budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving and operional efficiency opportunities. Conduct routine facility inspections and audits to proactively identify and resolve potential issues. Lead emergency preparedness, response planning, and safety initiives. Maintain accure documention of maintenance activities, compliance records, and operional metrics. Collabore cross-functionally with internal departments and external vendors to support business operions. Drive facility performance optimizion initiives, including energy efficiency and sustainability efforts. Promote ongoing training and professional development to enhance team performance and technical capability. Participe in on-call rotion to support emergency response needs.. Basic Qualificions An active TS/SCI clearance is required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI with Polygraph prior to starting with Leidos Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a reled field. Additional years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading 24x7 critical operions around da center environments to including facilities operions and maintenance management. Demonstred experience leading and developing high-performing maintenance teams. Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems. In-depth understanding of safety standards, regulory compliance, and industry best practices. Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize operional costs. Strong leadership, communicion, and customer relionship management skills. Excellent organizional and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Relevant technical licenses (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) preferred. Preferred Qualificions Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or similar professional certificion. Master Electrician, HVAC, or plumbing licensure.
