Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the management team and various departments. Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. Organize and schedule meetings, both internally and externally, and prepare necessary materials and agendas. Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation. Support office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive attitude and a willingness to embrace challenges and learn new processes.
