Compension Salary Range $105,000 to $120,000 Responsibilities Review project specificions and recommend mix designs to the Sales Department to quote jobs Participe in pre-bidding preparion Schedule Field Technicians daily duties Maintain lab housekeeping as well as inventory control Prepare project submittals Coordine work with other regional management personnel, i.e., Sales, Operions, Customer Service, Dispch in order to better serve the customer Attend pre-job meetings and provide input on issues th may impact product quality Conduct aggrege testing as per applicable (ASTM, etc.) test methods Assist with trial bches (i.e. preparing and weighing up merial, running applicable ACI tests, etc.) Enter da into Stonemont (i.e. mix designs, break results, etc.) Prepare and analyze reports (i.e. compressive strength, gradions, etc.) to determine how to optimize mix performance Handle and provide solutions for project problems and complaints Keep current on lab certificion(s) Maintain equipment and calibrions for laborory and field equipment Obtain and maintain all necessary ACI, OSHA and MSHA certificions Educion Degree in Concrete Management, Civil Engineering (preferred) or reled field or minimum 5 years’ experience Requirements/Qualificions Knowledge of concrete and aggrege testing with respect to current ASTM and AASHTO standards Previous supervisory experience Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in varying extreme weher conditions Strong communicion skills; ability to motive and influence others Must understand the basics of concrete and aggrege production Well-versed in Microsoft Office basics (i.e. Outlook, Word, and Excel) Strong mh, analytical, and tention to details skills Must be able to work cooperively with others Obtain the physical ability to: climb, bend, squ, lift, stretch, drive, ride, vibre, twist, push/pull of controls, and ride on rough terrain Use of hand tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean DMV record Overtime work plus nights may be required Approprie ACI and certificions preferred Conditions of Employment Successful candide must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examinion, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
