Key Responsibilities Attic Insulation & ductwork Installation: Install blown-in fiberglass and other approved insulation materials in attics to improve energy efficiency and meet company quality standards. Ensure even coverage, proper depth, and clean application throughout the attic space. Insulation Removal: Safely remove old or damaged attic insulation using approved methods and equipment. Maintain a clean and controlled work area to prevent dust and debris from spreading. Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and maintain insulation blowing machines, hoses, and related tools. Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment after each job to ensure reliability. Site Preparation & Cleanup: Prepare attics by sealing air leaks, protecting access points, and setting up safety measures. Clean and restore each job site to professional standards upon completion. Quality & Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols. Inspect finished work to verify insulation depth, coverage, and material consistency. Team Collaboration: Work efficiently with crew members to complete each attic project on schedule while maintaining high standards of workmanship and professionalism. Job Requirements: English proficiency required; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Comfortable working in attics and confined spaces, sometimes in warm conditions.
