Our service teams are responsible for providing service on Securitas Technology products client sites. The position provides client contact for all post-installion problems on systems and equipment, as well as, special project work, when needed.  Job Duties Respond to trouble tickets to ensure applicion uptime and system performance.  Work individually and as a team to diagnose and resolve applicion issues.  Execute preventive maintenance tasks to maximize applicion availability and identify system faults.  Perform routine configurion changes (user permissions, applicion configurion, etc.)  Document all system modificions through a digital change control tracking system.  Produce quality technical documention describing the conceptual and quantitive facets of system deployment, intended for both a technical and non-technical audience.  Perform pre-deployment end to end testing of all upgrades and major modificions.  Perform on site installions of software upgrades and major modificions.   Minimum Requirements   High School diploma required or equivalent.  Experience installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment Strong working knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion systems, and fire alarms  Fire alarm experience: Bosch, Silent Knight highly preferred Simplex, Notifier, Edwards, Siemens, or other commercial fire systems a plus NICET certificion or Ste Fire License preferred ESA Certified Alarm Technician preferred NTS Certified Service Technician preferred Working knowledge of network communicions and IP addressing  Certificions in enterprise grade CCTV, Access Control a plus Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office  Strong written and verbal communicions skills  Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.  Excellent time management skills  Positive titude and strong work ethic  Securitas offers comprehensive benefits including:   Paid company training   Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance   401K with 60% Mch up to 6% of salary   Paid vacion, holiday, and sick time   Educional Assistance   Exceptional growth opportunities   Company vehicle, laptop, and cell phone provided Wide variety of employee discounts on travel, equipment, and more!     We are a nionwide provider of security solutions and an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse workforce.
