We are seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations and support our team. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and manage warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and safety • Oversee shipping and receiving of goods • Maintain accurate inventory control, counts, and calculations • Record, track, and organize equipment and materials • Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and proper stocking • Handle RMA processes efficiently • Coordinate vehicle and forklift maintenance • Prepare employee schedules and manage timecards Qualifications • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, or inventory control • Previous warehouse supervisory experience preferred • Strong organizational and leadership skills • Experience with inventory systems and tracking methods • Strong computer skills (including basic Microsoft Excel) • Excellent communication skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail when checking labels, quantities, and pricing • Basic mechanical awareness for equipment and forklift upkeep • OSHA certification preferred • Forklift certification required • Clean driving record required • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks • Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Compensation & Benefits • $26/hour, full-time (40+ hours per week) • Medical benefits available after 90 days Probation Period (50/50 employer contribution) • Vacation and sick time available at 1 year anniversary for date of employement How to Apply If you are a motivated leader looking to grow with a solid company, we encourage you to apply.
