Part Time Office Assistant

We are offering a starting hourly rate of $17 to $21, depending on your experience. In this role you will facilitate calls to educate our customers on the types of services & solutions we provide as well as our service model. NO CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! This is a high call volume and fast paced role, this person must thrive in a fast and busy environment! This position will also assist with most of the daily administrative tasks - warranty calls, data entry, and customer follow up. Other tasks associated with this position: Provide verbal estimates and schedule options to potential customers Win new and existing customer appointments Utilize our CRM to record customer leads and their project needs Manage the schedule in your territory(ies) to ensure the maximum work volume and most efficient schedules for our Field Team Engage with the Field Team to resolve scheduling, billing or customer issues.
