Work in cleared government spaces utilizing highest security clearances Apply Now Description Leidos is seeking candides for security clearance sponsorship in support of a Northern Virginia client. If selected by the program and client for upgrade sponsorship, the candide will be submitted for Top Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance. Candides who are selected for upgrade and who may ultimely be granted TS/SCI with polygraph will have the ability to work in cleared government spaces utilizing the highest levels of security clearance in support of our client’s mission. The sponsoring program conducts full lifecycle software and systems development, engineering, administrion for our client. There is zero ability for remote or hybrid work. We have a limited number of clearance upgrade billets available and typically there are many more interested candides than billets. Therefore, this opportunity can be very competitive. We are seeking candides who are fully committed to completing the process, working with Leidos on the contract and meet the following criteria: Currently loced in the Washington Metropolitan Area (WMA), or willing to travel your own expense, to tend in-person meetings in Northern Virginia as required by the client in support of the clearance upgrade process (i.e. investigor interview(s), polygraph examinion(s), etc.) Ability to pass the client’s security prescreen process prior to interviewing with the program team and prior to clearance upgrade initiion Bachelor’s degree in an Informion Technology discipline, or a current undergradue pursuing a degree in an Informion Technology discipline Willing and able to commit to working full-time for the sponsoring client a sponsoring client building in Northern Virginia for least two years following clearance upgrade adjudicion (clearance processing can be expected to take least 18-24 months) Experience or educion specialized in the following fields: Software Engineer or Software Developer If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
