Job description: Escrow Assistant Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Escrow Assistant to join our team at T-Town Title. This role is essential in supporting the escrow process within our Title & Escrow services company, ensuring smooth transaction flow and compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will preferably have a strong understanding of real estate, mortgage, and escrow procedures, along with excellent administrative skills. Prior experience in escrow, real estate, underwriting, loan origination, or mortgage servicing is highly desirable. This position offers an opportunity for growth and to work in a dynamic environment focused on delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: -Assist with the preparation and review of escrow documentation, contracts, and closing statements -Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and clients to facilitate smooth escrow transactions -Processing tasks, including document collection, verification, and data entry -Support Escrow officers with the escrow process -Maintain accurate records of escrow transactions and ensure the timely completion of all tasks -Ability to become an Oklahoma notary is desirable Skills -Familiarity with real estate transactions, mortgage docs, contracts, and banking procedures -Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment -Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic math skills for accurate data entry and calculations, Qualia, SoftPro -Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients, realtors, lenders, and internal teams -Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of escrow processing -This position is ideal for candidates passionate about the real estate or mortgage industry who possess a solid understanding of escrow procedures.
