Translates operational requirements into efficient technical solutions The Applications & Integration Specialist serves as a key member of the Business Intelligence team, embedded within operational departments to support and optimize enterprise applications that drive daily business functions. This role is responsible for application configuration, workflow design, system integrations, and API connectivity to ensure operational technology platforms are aligned with business processes and performance objectives. The Specialist acts as a systems partner to department leaders, translating operational requirements into efficient, well-integrated technical solutions that improve reliability, visibility, and process performance.
