We have plenty of work to get done and are looking for dependable people with great attitudes and a desire to learn. No previous experience in our industry is required. We’re looking for people who show up ready to work, take direction well, and are willing to help wherever they’re needed. What to expect This is a hands on position with a substantial amount of general labor and shop support. Cleaning, organizing, preparing vehicles, and helping our installers are all part of the job. Your responsibilities will change from day to day based on our workload and the projects in the shop. The position will also develop based on your skills, attitude, initiative, and ability to take on more responsibility. Daily work may include • Cleaning and organizing the shop and work areas. • Washing, moving, and preparing vehicles for service. • Preparing and organizing installation supplies and materials. • Assisting installers with setup, preparation, and cleanup. • Handling general shop tasks that keep production moving. Depending on your abilities and progress, you may also assist with quality checks, customer vehicle check in and checkout, and basic production software tasks.
