This is real world, on the water filming, not studio work. What the job looks like • Film 1 to 2 days per week on boats and around the Puget Sound area and sometimes in Canada and Alaska. Editing video 5 days a week for a few hours a day. • Capture fishing trips, dock talk, gear breakdowns, investigations, and real time events • Edit long form YouTube videos and short form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts • Help pace content for engagement and retention • Work with existing gear including professional cameras, GoPros, DJI drones, and mics What I’m looking for • Strong videography skills and confident editing ability • Comfortable on boats and around water • Knows how to cut clean, punchy short form clips • Understands social media trends and timing • Reliable, self motivated, shows up on time • Fishing or outdoor experience is a big plus but not required Bonus skills • Drone experience • Experience growing social media accounts • Familiarity with fishing, boating, or outdoor content • Rate based on experience
